SEE ALSO...

γ Enolase Antibody (NSE-P1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects gamma Enolase protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP). γ Enolase Antibody (NSE-P1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Gamma Enolase protein, also known as ENO2, plays a crucial role in the glycolytic pathway, specifically in the conversion of 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate, which is a key step in energy production. ENO2 is predominantly expressed in the nervous system, making gamma Enolase (NSE-P1) antibody an important marker for neuronal differentiation and function. Gamma Enolase presence in neural tissues, as opposed to α Enolase and β Enolase isoforms found in various tissues and muscle respectively, highlights ENO2′s significance in neurological studies and potential implications in neurodegenerative diseases. Gamma Enolase (NSE-P1) antibody expression and regulation studies can provide insights into neuronal health and metabolic processes that underlie brain function.

I need to use an antibody to detect the protein in samples of bovine origin. Do you know if this mouse monoclonal antibody will work?
