SEE ALSO...

γ Enolase Antibody (D-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects γ Enolase in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). γ Enolase Antibody (D-7) is offered in both non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms, such as agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates. γ Enolase is one of three isoenzymes of enolase, which are highly conserved cytoplasmic glycolytic enzymes crucial for energy metabolism. Specifically, γ Enolase is predominantly expressed in nervous tissue, where γ Enolase plays a vital role in the glycolytic pathway by catalyzing the conversion of 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate, a key step in energy production. γ Enolase expression in the nervous system is particularly important as γ Enolase may be involved in neuronal differentiation and function, highlighting potential roles in neurodevelopmental processes and neurodegenerative diseases. Understanding γ Enolase expression and function can provide insights into metabolic regulation in the brain and implications in various neurological conditions.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-376375 P appropriate for?

Asked by: jerojero
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nice product for WB,but maybe not for IFI bought this antibody 6 monthes ago and it was unique useful antibody for WB detection in my program. But in IF ,even we dilute it with 5%BSA by 1:20,we can not see signal area. Sum up,it is a good product.
