GABAB R2 Antibody (E-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects GABAB R2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GABAB R2 is a critical component of the GABAB receptor, which is a heterodimer formed with GABAB R1, and plays a vital role in mediating slow inhibitory neurotransmission in the central nervous system.
