FXYD6 Antibody (E-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FXYD6 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FXYD6 (E-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FXYD6 plays a crucial role in maintaining ion homeostasis, particularly in the inner ear, where FXYD6 is involved in the regulation of sodium and potassium gradients essential for auditory function.
