FXYD3 Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects FXYD3 in mouse and rat samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-FXYD3 antibody (B-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FXYD3, a member of the FXYD family, plays a crucial role in maintaining sodium and potassium gradients across cell membranes, which is essential for processes like renal sodium reabsorption, muscle contraction, and neuronal excitability.
