Frabin Antibody (43) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Frabin protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). Anti-Frabin antibody (43) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose and horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Frabin, also known as FGD1-related F-actin binding protein, plays a crucial role in cellular dynamics by acting as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for the Rho family member CDC42, which is essential for regulating cytoskeletal organization and cell signaling.
