Fra-1 Antibody (B-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody raised against human Fra-1, a critical member of the activator protein-1 (AP-1) transcription factor family. Anti-Fra-1 antibody (B-10) demonstrates broad species cross-reactivity, detecting Fra-1 in human, mouse, and rat samples through Western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) applications.
