SEE ALSO...

FOXQ1 Antibody (C-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FOXQ1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FOXQ1 Antibody (C-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FOXQ1 plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression during embryonic development and is involved in various cellular processes, including metabolism and cancer progression. FOXQ1 interacts with several key proteins, such as transcriptional co-activator p300 and chromatin remodeling factor BRG1, which are essential for modulating transcriptional activity and chromatin structure. These interactions highlight FOXQ1′s importance in developmental pathways and potential implications in oncogenesis, particularly in colorectal adenocarcinoma and lung carcinoma, where FOXQ1 shows overexpression. FOXQ1 exhibits a tissue-restricted expression pattern, predominantly found in stomach, trachea, bladder, and salivary glands, underscoring specialized functions in these tissues. FOXQ1′s significance in lymphocyte development is demonstrated by mutation in satin homozygous mice, which exhibit defects in natural killer cell function and T-cell cytotoxicity, emphasizing FOXQ1′s role in immune regulation.
