SEE ALSO...

FOXJ1 Antibody (3-19) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FOXJ1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. FOXJ1 Antibody (3-19) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The Forkhead-box J1 (FOXJ1) protein, consisting of 421 amino acids, plays a crucial role as a transcription factor that regulates immune responses by suppressing T cell activity and inhibiting the humoral immune response in B cells. FOXJ1 prevents spontaneous autoimmunity by repressing NFκB activity, which is often implicated in inflammatory processes. Additionally, FOXJ1 is essential for cilia formation and left-right axis determination, as FOXJ1 enhances the expression of calpastatin, a protein necessary for the anchoring of basal bodies to the apical cytoskeleton. FOXJ1 expression may serve as an early marker for epithelial cell differentiation, recovery, and function, and abnormal FOXJ1 expression has been linked to autoimmune diseases and other inflammatory conditions. With diverse applications and critical role in immune regulation and cellular processes, anti-FOXJ1 antibody (3-19) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying these complex biological pathways.

If I want to use this antibody for a double stain, how can I do so with only mouse monoclonal antibodies?

Asked by: Cweed
We recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody. This product, sc-53139, is available conjugated to AF488, AF647, or FITC.
