Flotillin-2 Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Flotillin-2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Flotillin-2, also known as epidermal surface antigen, plays a crucial role in the formation and maintenance of lipid rafts, which are specialized membrane microdomains essential for numerous cellular processes such as signal transduction, membrane trafficking, and molecular sorting.
