Fibulin-2 Antibody (H-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Fibulin-2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Fibulin-2 antibody (H-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Fibulin-2 plays a crucial role in the extracellular matrix, where Fibulin-2 interacts with other proteins such as aggrecan, versican, and brevican, contributing to the structural integrity and function of connective tissues.
