SEE ALSO...

FHOD1 Antibody (D-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects FHOD1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FHOD1 (D-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FHOD1 protein is a member of the formin family, which is essential for actin filament dynamics and cytoskeletal organization. Specifically, FHOD1 induces the formation of bundled actin stress fibers in response to the Rho-ROCK signaling pathway, which is critical for various cellular processes such as cell migration, signal transduction, and gene expression. FHOD1′s ability to regulate actin assembly is particularly important in developmental biology, as FHOD1 plays a significant role in limb development and can influence the genetic pathways that lead to mammalian developmental syndromes. Understanding FHOD1′s function and interactions within the cellular environment helps researchers gain insights into the mechanisms underlying cytoskeletal reorganization and its implications in health and disease.
