FHOD1 Antibody (D-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects FHOD1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FHOD1 (D-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FHOD1 protein is a member of the formin family, which is essential for actin filament dynamics and cytoskeletal organization. Specifically, FHOD1 induces the formation of bundled actin stress fibers in response to the Rho-ROCK signaling pathway, which is critical for various cellular processes such as cell migration, signal transduction, and gene expression.
