Datasheets
  • FGF-9 Antibody (A-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgM κ FGF-9 antibody, cited in 5 publications, provided at 200 µg/ml
  • specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 181-208 at the C-terminus of FGF-9 of human origin
  • recommended for detection of precursor and mature FGF-9, FGF-16 and FGF-20 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA; also reactive with additional species, including and equine, canine, bovine and porcine
  • m-IgGκ BP-HRP is the preferred secondary detection reagent for FGF-9 Antibody (A-4) for WB applications. This reagent is now offered in a bundle with FGF-9 Antibody (A-4) (see ordering information below). For additional m-IgGκ BP conjugates see our complete list of Mouse IgG Binding Proteins.

SEE ALSO...

FGF-9 Antibody (A-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects FGF-9 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-FGF-9 antibody (A-4) is available as a non-conjugated format. FGF-9 protein plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including embryonic development, tissue repair, and regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. FGF-9 (A-4) antibody has proven particularly valuable in studying development of the central nervous system and formation of the male reproductive system. FGF-9 protein interacts with specific receptors, such as FGFR1 and FGFR2, which are essential for mediating signaling pathways. These interactions initiate downstream signaling cascades that influence cellular responses. Research using FGF-9 (A-4) monoclonal antibody can provide insights into developmental biology and potential therapeutic targets for diseases related to cell growth and differentiation.
