FGF-7 Antibody (F-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FGF-7 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-FGF-7 antibody (F-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FGF-7 protein, also known as keratinocyte growth factor, plays a crucial role in regulating cell growth, differentiation, and survival, particularly in epithelial tissues. FGF-7 is primarily secreted by mesenchymal cells and acts on epithelial cells through specific receptors, promoting wound healing and tissue repair.
