FGF-2 Antibody (G-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF-2) in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-FGF-2 antibody (G-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FGF-2 plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including angiogenesis, wound healing, and tissue repair, by promoting the proliferation and differentiation of mesenchymal, epithelial, and neuroectodermal cells.
