    SEE ALSO...

FGD3 Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa antibody that detects FGD3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FGD3 Antibody (A-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FGD3 protein plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by acting as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor that specifically activates the Rho GTPase Cdc42, which is essential for the regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics and cell morphology. This activation is particularly important for processes such as cell migration, adhesion, and the formation of filopodia, which are actin-rich protrusions that facilitate cellular interactions and signaling. Mutations in the FGD1 gene, which is closely related to FGD3, are associated with faciogenital dysplasia, a developmental disorder that impacts skeletal formation. The FGD family, including FGD3, shares a conserved structural organization and signaling domains, indicating their collective importance in embryonic development and cellular function. Anti-FGD3 antibody (A-3) enables researchers to gain insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying these critical biological processes.
