FBP3 Antibody (E-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FBP3 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FBP3 (E-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FBP3 plays a crucial role in regulating c-Myc gene expression, which is essential for cell proliferation and growth. Specifically, FBP3 binds to the far-upstream element (FUSE) of the c-Myc gene, facilitating transcription in undifferentiated cells.
