    FAM47E Antibody (H-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects FAM47E protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-FAM47E antibody (H-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FAM47E protein, consisting of 351 amino acids, plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in regulation of gene expression and cellular signaling pathways. FAM47E protein function is vital for maintaining normal cellular homeostasis and has implications in various diseases, including cancer. FAM47E gene is located on human chromosome 4, a region significant not only for genetic content but also for association with several genetic disorders, such as Huntington′s disease and achondroplasia. This chromosome is known for containing large gene deserts and has one of the lowest recombination frequencies among human chromosomes, which can impact genetic diversity and disease susceptibility.
