    SEE ALSO...

FAM195A Antibody (D-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FAM195A protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-FAM195A antibody (D-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FAM195A protein plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in regulating cell proliferation and differentiation, which are vital for maintaining normal tissue homeostasis and responding to stress signals. Dysregulation of FAM195A has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, where altered expression can contribute to tumorigenesis and metastasis. FAM195A (D-5) antibody enables research into chromosome 16-associated genetic disorders, including giant axonal neuropathy and Crohn′s disease, highlighting FAM195A′s importance in cellular pathways and disease mechanisms.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-515147 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: jenniferc
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
