EXOSC3 Antibody (B-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects EXOSC3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). EXOSC3 (B-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. EXOSC3, also known as p10, CGI-102, RRP40, or hRrp40p, is a crucial component of the exosome complex, which is responsible for degrading unstable mRNAs, particularly those containing AU-rich elements in their untranslated regions. EXOSC3 is primarily located in the cytoplasm and nucleolus, where EXOSC3 plays a vital role in RNA processing and stability. EXOSC3 contains a putative S1 RNA-binding domain, enabling RNA binding effectively, and is essential for the structural integrity of the exosome complex. EXOSC3 is involved in processing 7S pre-RNA into mature 5.8S ribosomal RNA, highlighting EXOSC3′s importance in ribosome biogenesis and overall cellular function. EXOSC3′s ability to interact with various RNA substrates underscores EXOSC3′s significance in maintaining RNA homeostasis within the cell, making anti-EXOSC3 antibody (B-8) an invaluable tool for researchers studying RNA metabolism and related cellular processes.
