Ets-2 Antibody (E-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody specifically engineered to recognize Ets-2, also known as E26 transformation-specific sequence 2 (ETS2) or ESE-2. Ets-2 monoclonal antibody (E-5) targets an epitope mapping to amino acids 441-469 at the C-terminus of human Ets-2, ensuring reliable detection across multiple species including mouse, rat, human, canine, and bovine through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
