SEE ALSO...

Ets-2 Antibody (E-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody specifically engineered to recognize Ets-2, also known as E26 transformation-specific sequence 2 (ETS2) or ESE-2. Ets-2 monoclonal antibody (E-5) targets an epitope mapping to amino acids 441-469 at the C-terminus of human Ets-2, ensuring reliable detection across multiple species including mouse, rat, human, canine, and bovine through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Ets-2 is a crucial transcription factor within the ETS family, characterized by its conserved ETS DNA-binding domain that facilitates the regulation of genes involved in cellular processes like proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and angiogenesis. The structural integrity of Ets-2, particularly its C-terminal region, is essential for its ability to interact with DNA and other regulatory proteins, thereby modulating gene expression and maintaining cellular homeostasis. Additionally, the structure of Ets-2 allows for regulation through post-translational modifications such as phosphorylation, which can influence transcriptional activity and interactions. Dysregulation of Ets-2 has been implicated in various cancers and developmental disorders, highlighting its importance in both normal physiology and disease pathology. Anti-Ets-2 antibody (E-5) is available in non-conjugated form as well as multiple conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatile options for diverse experimental needs.
