Estrogen Receptor alpha Antibody (AER314) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 raised against Estrogen Receptor alpha purified from bovine uterus, detecting human and bovine ERα by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). Estrogen Receptor alpha (ERα) is a ligand-activated transcription factor belonging to the nuclear hormone receptor family and plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression involved in reproductive development and function.
