ERF Antibody (E-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ERF protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ERF (E-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ERF protein, also known as Ets-2 repressor factor, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression, particularly during the cell cycle′s G1 phase. ERF functions as a member of the Ets family of transcription factors, characterized by a highly conserved DNA-binding domain, which allows interaction with specific DNA sequences and modulates transcription.
