    SEE ALSO...

eqbJ Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects eqbJ protein of S. equi origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). eqbJ (G-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. eqbJ, also known as ABC transporter ATP-binding protein, plays a crucial role in transporting various substrates across cellular membranes, which is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and nutrient uptake in Streptococcus equi. eqbJ function is particularly important in bacterial response to environmental stressors, influencing pathogen virulence and survival. Understanding eqbJ dynamics and interactions can provide insights into potential therapeutic targets for treating S. equi infections.
