ENA-78 Antibody (D-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ENA-78 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-ENA-78 antibody (D-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ENA-78, also known as CXCL5, is a member of the C-X-C chemokine subfamily, which plays a crucial role in the immune response by attracting neutrophils to sites of inflammation. This chemokine is primarily produced by epithelial cells and is secreted in response to pro-inflammatory stimuli, making ENA-78 vital for the recruitment of immune cells during inflammatory processes.
