Hi, for EGFR CRISPR activation plasmids, do you think I can detect its expression 3 day post transfection in HEK293 cells by WB? or selection with antibiotics is needed? I would be interested to know the protocol about the WB results you have provided.

Thank you for your question. We have not tried evaluating expression prior to antibiotic selection so we do not know if this will work or not. Hi, I would be interested in purchasing the EGFR CRISPR/Cas9 KO Plasmid (h). Do you think that the gRNAs will be able to target the EGFR gene of Vero cells (African green monkey)?

If the DNA sequence is similar between human and green monkey, it would certainly be possible that it would work!
