EAF1 Antibody (F-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects EAF1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-EAF1 antibody (F-7) plays a crucial role in the regulation of transcription elongation by interacting with ELL family members, specifically enhancing the activity of RNA polymerase II. EAF1 (F-7) antibody recognizes a protein that helps prevent the transient pausing of RNA polymerase II, thereby facilitating efficient transcription of genes. EAF1 is also integral to the stability of the NuA4 histone acetyltransferase complex, which is essential for the acetylation of histones H4 and H2A, leading to transcriptional activation of specific genes.
