SEE ALSO...

Dyrk1B Antibody (H-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Dyrk1B of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Dyrk1B (H-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Dyrk1B, a member of the dual specificity tyrosine phosphorylation regulated kinase family, plays a pivotal role in cellular processes such as muscle differentiation and neurogenesis. Dyrk1B localizes to the nucleus and is essential for regulating motility, transcription, cell cycle progression, and cell survival, particularly in muscle and testis tissues. Dyrk1B is implicated in several solid tumors, functioning as a downstream effector of Rac1 or K-ras to promote cell survival. Dyrk1B′s dual-specificity kinase activity allows phosphorylation of both tyrosine and serine/threonine residues, which is crucial for regulatory functions in cellular growth and development. Anti-Dyrk1B antibody (H-6) enables researchers to explore Dyrk1B′s intricate roles in various biological contexts, enhancing understanding of its contributions to health and disease.
