Dvl-3 Antibody (C-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects Dvl-3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Dvl-3 (C-3) monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes an epitope mapping between amino acids 73-101 near the N-terminus of Dvl-3 of human origin. Anti-Dvl-3 antibody (C-3), a member of the dishevelled protein family, plays a crucial role in the Wnt signaling pathway, which regulates cell proliferation, differentiation, and embryonic development. Dvl-3 (C-3) monoclonal antibody targets proteins primarily located in the cytoplasm that can translocate to the plasma membrane upon Wnt signaling activation, highlighting importance in cellular communication and signaling cascades. Disruption of Dvl-3 function has been implicated in various developmental disorders and cancers, making Dvl-3 a significant target for research in understanding these diseases. Dvl-3 interacts with several key proteins, including frizzled receptors and axin, which are vital for proper functioning of the Wnt pathway. These interactions underscore Dvl-3′s importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and potential as a therapeutic target in Wnt-related pathologies.
