DUXBL Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects DUXBL protein of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DUXBL (E-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DUXBL protein is part of the double homeobox (DUX) family, which plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression during early embryonic development. DUXBL is involved in activating genes essential for the transition from a pluripotent state to a more differentiated state, making DUXBL vital for proper cellular development and function. The DUX family, which includes DUX1, DUX2, DUX3, DUX4, and DUX5, is characterized by homeobox domains that facilitate DNA binding and transcriptional regulation. DUX4, also referred to as DUX10, has been implicated in Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) due to its location within the D4Z4 repeat unit, highlighting DUXBL′s importance in both normal development and disease contexts.
