DUOX1 Antibody (H-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects DUOX1 protein of human and mink origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DUOX1 (H-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The dual oxidase 1 (DUOX1) protein, a homolog of glycoprotein p91Phox, is primarily located in the airway epithelium and plays a critical role in generating reactive oxygen species (ROS), which are essential for various physiological processes.
