SEE ALSO...

DP-1 Antibody (TFD-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects DP-1 in mouse, rat, and human samples by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-DP-1 antibody (TFD-10) is available in non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DP-1 plays a crucial role in forming E2F transcriptional regulatory complex, essential for cell cycle progression regulation, particularly during G1 and S phases. This complex forms when DP-1 heterodimerizes with E2F-1, enabling transcriptional activation of genes vital for cell proliferation. Dysregulation of E2F-DP-1 complex can lead to uncontrolled cell growth and is often implicated in various cancers. Understanding DP-1 function and interactions remains critical for developing targeted therapies aimed at restoring normal cell cycle regulation in tumorigenesis.
