Dok-3 Antibody (D-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Dok-3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Dok-3 is a crucial adapter protein that plays a significant role in the negative regulation of immunoreceptor signaling in hematopoietic cells, particularly in B cells and macrophages. Dok-3 helps maintain cellular homeostasis and prevents overactivation of immune responses, which could lead to autoimmune disorders. Upon immunoreceptor-mediated activation, Dok-3 undergoes tyrosine phosphorylation, allowing interaction with key signaling molecules such as the 5′ inositol phosphatase SHIP and the protein tyrosine kinase Csk. This interaction modulates downstream signaling pathways, influencing cellular responses to external stimuli. Anti-Dok-3 antibody (D-2) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying immune signaling pathways and mechanisms of immune regulation.
