Dia 2 Antibody (C-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects Dia 2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Dia 2, also known as DIAPH2 or mDia3, is a critical member of the formin family of proteins, which play a vital role in regulating actin dynamics within cells. Dia 2 (C-12) antibody recognizes a protein primarily located in the cytoplasm that′s essential for the formation and elongation of actin filaments, crucial for various cellular processes, including cell shape maintenance, motility, and division.
