    SEE ALSO...

DGK-β Antibody (G-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects DGK-beta protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DGK-β (G-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The diacylglycerol kinase beta (DGK-β) protein plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by phosphorylating diacylglycerol (DAG) to generate phosphatidic acid, both of which are important lipid second messengers involved in various signaling pathways. Proper functioning of DGK-β is vital for regulating cell activation and secretion processes, which can influence cell survival and death. Notably, DGK-β is predominantly expressed in specific regions of the brain, such as the caudate putamen and olfactory tubercle, highlighting potential significance in neurobiological functions and disorders. DGK-β presence in these areas suggests involvement in modulating neuronal signaling and plasticity, making DGK-β a valuable target for research into neurological diseases.
