SEE ALSO...

δ Tubulin Antibody (A-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects delta Tubulin protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-delta Tubulin antibody (A-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Delta Tubulin plays a crucial role in the assembly and stability of microtubules, which are essential for various cellular processes, including cell division, intracellular transport, and maintaining cell shape. Delta Tubulin is primarily located at the centrosome, where delta Tubulin is involved in the organization of microtubules during mitosis. This localization ensures proper spindle formation and chromosome segregation, thereby preventing errors in cell division that could lead to aneuploidy or other cellular dysfunctions. Additionally, delta Tubulin interacts with other tubulin isoforms and proteins that regulate microtubule dynamics, further underscoring delta Tubulin′s importance in the cytoskeletal network. Using delta Tubulin (A-1) monoclonal antibody in your research can provide insights into the fundamental roles of delta Tubulin in cellular architecture and function, contributing to a deeper understanding of cellular biology and potential implications in disease states.
