    SEE ALSO...

DDX59 Antibody (C-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects DDX59 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DDX59 (C-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DDX59, also known as zinc finger HIT domain-containing protein 5, is a 619 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in RNA metabolism, particularly in the assembly and function of ribonucleoprotein complexes. DDX59 is characterized by a unique structure, which includes a helicase C-terminal domain and a HIT-type zinc finger, allowing DDX59 to interact with RNA and other proteins effectively. A Q motif within DDX59 is essential for ATP binding and hydrolysis, which are critical for helicase activity. DDX59 functions are vital for various cellular processes, including embryogenesis and cellular growth, making DDX59 an important target for research in developmental biology and cancer studies.
