    SEE ALSO...

DDX32 Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects DDX32 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DDX32 monoclonal antibody (H-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DDX32, also known as DEAH box polypeptide 32 or DHLP1, is a 743 amino acid nuclear protein that plays a crucial role in RNA metabolism and is a member of the DEAD box helicase family, characterized by the conserved Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp motif. DDX32 is primarily located in the nucleus and mitochondria, where DDX32 is involved in unwinding RNA structures, essential for processes such as ribosome and spliceosome assembly. Proper functioning of DDX32 is vital for cellular processes, including embryogenesis and cellular growth, as DDX32 helps regulate RNA secondary structures that can influence gene expression and cellular responses. Notably, DDX32 is up-regulated by ionomycin in T lymphocytes, indicating a potential role in immune responses, and DDX32 expression is altered in conditions such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia, suggesting involvement in cancer biology. Given DDX32′s significance in RNA processing and cellular regulation, DDX32 may also play a pivotal role in colorectal cancer development and in modulating T-cell responses to apoptotic signals, making DDX32 a valuable target for research in cancer and immunology.
