    SEE ALSO...

DDX30 Antibody (D-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects DDX30 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-DDX30 antibody (D-9) is available as the non-conjugated form. DDX30, also known as DEAH box protein 30, is a 1,194 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in mitochondrial DNA replication by forming a complex with mitochondrial transcription factor A (TFAM) and single-stranded DNA-binding protein 1 (SSBP1) in the mitochondria. This interaction is vital for maintaining mitochondrial function and integrity, as DDX30 ensures proper replication and transcription of mitochondrial DNA, which is essential for energy production and cellular metabolism. Additionally, DDX30 is characterized by the conserved DEAD box motif, which indicates function as a putative RNA helicase involved in various cellular processes, including translation initiation and RNA splicing. The presence of two isoforms of DDX30, resulting from alternative splicing, further highlights the complexity and regulatory potential in cellular activities. With diverse applications in research, DDX30 (D-9) antibody serves as an invaluable tool for studying the intricate roles of DDX30 in cellular processes and mitochondrial dynamics.
