    SEE ALSO...

DDX29 Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects DDX29 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DDX29 Antibody (F-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DDX29, also known as putative ATP-dependent RNA helicase DHX29, is a 1,369 amino acid protein encoded by the human gene DDX29, which is located on chromosome 5. DDX29 belongs to the DEAD box helicase family (DEAH subfamily) and features one helicase ATP-binding domain and one helicase C-terminal domain. DDX29 functions in the nucleus as an ATP-dependent RNA helicase, essential for various RNA-related biological processes, including transcription, splicing, and translation. DDX29′s ability to modulate RNA structure through energy derived from nucleoside triphosphate hydrolysis maintains proper cellular function and gene expression. DDX29 interacts with several specific proteins, including components of the spliceosome and ribonucleoprotein complexes, highlighting DDX29′s importance in RNA metabolism and gene expression regulation.
