    SEE ALSO...

DDX25 Antibody (G-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects DDX25 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DDX25, also known as gonadotropin-regulated testicular RNA helicase, is a testis-specific member of the DEAD-box protein family, predominantly expressed in Leydig and germ cells. DDX25 plays a crucial role in spermatogenesis, possessing both ATPase and RNA helicase activities, which are essential for regulating translational processes, including mRNA nuclear export during spermatid development. DDX25 undergoes phosphorylation on threonine residues, with the phosphorylated form localized exclusively in the cytoplasm, highlighting dynamic regulation and functional significance in cellular processes. DDX25′s importance extends to germ cell development, where DDX25 is up-regulated by gonadotropin at the transcriptional level, and genetic variations in DDX25 have been implicated in male infertility due to spermatogenic impairment. Anti-DDX25 antibody (G-4) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying reproductive biology and related fields.
