DcR3 Antibody (A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects DcR3 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DcR3, or Decoy Receptor 3, plays a crucial role in modulating the immune response by acting as a decoy for pro-apoptotic ligands, particularly those from the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily, including TRAIL (TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand).
