DCC Antibody (A-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects DCC protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DCC Antibody (A-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DCC protein, or Deleted in Colorectal Cancer protein, is a crucial transmembrane protein consisting of 1,447 amino acids, primarily expressed in the developing brain and neural tube, where DCC plays a significant role in mediating directional migration during nervous system development.
