Dapper3 Antibody (2A5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects the Dapper3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Dapper3, also known as DACT3 (dapper, antagonist of beta-catenin, homolog 3) or RRR1, is a 629 amino acid protein that serves as a crucial negative regulator of Wnt/beta-catenin signaling, a pathway vital for various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. Dysregulation of this pathway has been implicated in several cancers, particularly colorectal cancer, making Dapper3 an important protein in cancer research.
