    SEE ALSO...

DALRD3 Antibody (H-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects DALRD3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-DALRD3 antibody (H-12) is available as the non-conjugated form. DALRD3 protein, involved in gene expression regulation, plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as differentiation and proliferation, making DALRD3 significant in various diseases, including cancer. Located in the cytoplasm, DALRD3 interacts with several key proteins essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and signaling pathways. Understanding DALRD3 interactions with other proteins can provide insights into functional mechanisms and potential implications in disease states. Chromosome 3, where DALRD3 gene is located, is known for involvement in numerous genetic disorders and cancer-related loci, highlighting the importance of studying DALRD3 in both basic and clinical research. DALRD3 gene product has been provisionally designated DALRD3 pending further characterization, and studying DALRD3 may reveal novel therapeutic targets for diseases associated with dysregulation.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-514266 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: AbPolly
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
