CYP2U1 Antibody (B-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects CYP2U1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-CYP2U1 antibody (B-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CYP2U1, consisting of 544 amino acids, is a member of the cytochrome P450 family, which plays a crucial role in the metabolism of diverse endogenous and xenobiotic compounds. CYP2U1 is involved in the metabolism of long-chain fatty acids, such as arachidonic acid and docosahexaenoic acid, which are vital for various physiological processes, including inflammation and neuronal signaling.
