CXXC5 Antibody (H-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CXXC5 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-CXXC5 antibody (H-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CXXC5 protein, also known as RINF or HSPC195, is a 322 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in Wnt signaling. CXXC5 is localized in both nucleus and cytoplasm, enabling interactions with various signaling molecules and transcription factors to influence gene expression and cellular responses. CXXC5 contains a CXXC-type zinc finger domain, which is essential for mediating interactions with proteins such as Dvl-1, a key component of the Wnt signaling pathway. CXXC5 gene is located on human chromosome 5 and produces multiple alternatively spliced isoforms, highlighting potential versatility in different biological contexts.
