    SEE ALSO...

CUEDC1 Antibody (G-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CUEDC1 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CUEDC1 (G-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. CUEDC1 consists of 386 amino acids and features a CUE (coupling of ubiquitin conjugation to endoplasmic reticulum degradation) domain, playing a crucial role in protein trafficking and degradation pathways within the cell. This CUE domain, approximately 40 amino acids in length, is essential for binding monoubiquitin, which is vital for the ubiquitination process that regulates protein stability and function. Notably, defects in CUEDC1 have been linked to early-stage cervical cancer, highlighting CUEDC1′s potential as a tumor marker and underscoring the importance of understanding CUEDC1′s function in cellular processes. Additionally, two isoforms of CUEDC1 arise from alternative splicing, which may contribute to CUEDC1′s functional diversity and regulatory mechanisms in various biological contexts.
