    SEE ALSO...

CTTNBP2NL Antibody (F-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects CTTNBP2NL protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CTTNBP2NL antibody (F-7) is available as the non-conjugated form. CTTNBP2NL, also known as CTTNBP2 N-terminal like, consists of 639 amino acids and is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 1p13.2, which is the largest human chromosome, encompassing approximately 260 million base pairs and accounting for about 8% of the human genome. This chromosome harbors around 3,000 genes, many of which are linked to various diseases, highlighting its importance in human health. CTTNBP2NL is involved in cellular processes such as cytoskeletal organization and cell signaling, which are crucial for maintaining cellular integrity and function. CTTNBP2NL interactions with specific partners, including the actin cytoskeleton, underscore its role in regulating cellular dynamics and morphology. Understanding these interactions is vital, as disruptions can lead to pathological conditions, making CTTNBP2NL a potential target for therapeutic interventions.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with CTTNBP2NL (F-7): sc-514226?

    Asked by: DefinitelyNotMatt
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety
