Anti-CTRP2 Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 (kappa light chain) CTRP2 antibody provided at 200 µg/ml
raised against amino acids 94-182 mapping within an internal region of CTRP2 of human origin
Anti-CTRP2 Antibody (B-3) is recommended for detection of CTRP2 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA; also reactive with additional species, including and equine and canine
Anti-CTRP2 Antibody (B-3) is available conjugated to agarose for IP; HRP for WB, IHC(P) and ELISA; and to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC(P) and FCM
also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488, Alexa Fluor® 546, Alexa Fluor® 594 or Alexa Fluor® 647 for WB (RGB), IF, IHC(P) and FCM, and for use with RGB fluorescent imaging systems, such as iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 680 or Alexa Fluor® 790 for WB (NIR), IF and FCM; for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR®Odyssey®, iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems

CTRP2 Antibody (B-3) is a high quality monoclonal CTRP2 antibody (also designated CTRP2 antibody) suitable for the detection of the CTRP2 protein of mouse, rat and human origin. CTRP2 Antibody (B-3) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-CTRP2 antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-CTRP2 antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CTRP2, also known as C1QTNF2 (C1q and tumor necrosis factor related protein 2) or zacrp2, is a 285 amino acid secreted protein that contains one C1q domain and one collagen-like domain and is encoded by a gene that maps to human chromosome 5. Chromosome 5 contains 181 million base pairs and comprises nearly 6% of the human genome. Chromosome 5 is associated with Cockayne syndrome through the ERCC8 gene and familial adenomatous polyposis through the adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) tumor suppressor gene. Treacher Collins syndrome is also chromosome 5-associated and is caused by insertions or deletions within the TCOF1 gene. Deletion of the p arm of chromosome 5 leads to Cri du chat syndrome, while deletion of the q arm or of chromosome 5 altogether is common in therapy-related acute myelogenous leukemias and myelodysplastic syndrome.
